Much more than just SLEEP’N

This cozy hotel should be called “Enjoy’n Atocha” for several reasons.

- The staff is very kind and accommodative.

- The rooms are small BUT have a very smart configuration, every square feet is cleverly utilized. For instance, a Bluetooth speaker is installed in the roof, amazing!

- Breakfast in the cozy terrace (7th floor) is great. Most of products are home made, the choice of international music is perfect, you definitely feel at home there.

- Very well located, in the middle of the Art district, just steps away from Atocha’s terminal. You can take for only 5€ the Airport Express bus and after a 35 minutes trip you are in Atocha.

Thank you to all the staff and very specially to Ines, your energy is really contagious.

I highly recommend this hotel and definitely I’ll be back when visiting again the beautiful city of Madrid.

Thank you very much for taking the time to rate us with such a positive and well-explained comment. It really motivate us to keep the aspects that you highlight!!

Thank you also for highlighting so many of our services, such as the modernity in the decoration, but above all, the treatment of the staff, especially Inés! We always try to offer our best version and with guests like you it is much easier :)

As for the breakfast on the terrace, we hope you enjoyed it as you deserve to. And as you said, breakfast at our buffet with homemade pastries is great way to start the day plus a good music playlist, isn't it?

When you come back to Madrid you know where to stay, SLEEP'N is your new home and we will be waiting for you with a good carrot cake :)

Great experience

Great service, all staff very kind and helpful, delicious breakfast with lots of choice, amazing view from the rooftop, hotel in general very clean, perfect location, just 10 out of 1. Highly recommend

So Welcoming and Such A Great Deal

A great deal in a great location! The staff were lovely. They were very helpful in where to visit and even arranged a picnic on my last day when I had to leave before breakfast began. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

Great Staff

The Sleep'n is convenient to most of the tourist sights in Madrid. The museum Reina Sophia is across a plaza from the hotel. The Prado museum is a 10 minute walk.

The hotel is also a short walk from the Atocha train station which has service to Barcelona, Toledeo, and other major cities.

My room was small but very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I was going to Madrid.

An example of what good service should be like

Rooms are small but clean and cozy. Service and amenities are superb, specially Inés and Lucía, all around service providers in this hotel. They make your stay a memorable one, going out of their way to make you confortable and totally satisfied.

Room tip: Parking is next to the hotel entrance, you might miss it
