Nice hotel, good location 2 minutes walking from Opera Metro station and royal palace, 10 minutes walking from Gran Via, Plaza Mayor and all other central places.
We got room 507 on 5th floor which was good and quite. Large, clean and very good for our needs.
Reception staff were ok. Not the nicest but did the minimum they are required to. (some of them were nicer).
We ate breakfast in the hotel buffet only 2 mornings of our stay. (other times ate outside in caffes/restaurants). The guy in the breakfast is really nice and welcoming. Breakfast was good, cost 8.5 Euro per person.
There is also a restaurant in the hotel with a nice terrace, looked nice. but we didn't eat there so I can't recommend.
In general hotel was good and recommended.
