the hotel even though it's located in the middle of the city, the value of money was pretty good for 3 nights, comforts, cleanliness were perfect.
The downsides could be the absense of sofas, unstable wifi and bad soundproof between the rooms.
If i'm going to Madrid next time, i'll come again, waiting for sofas.

We stayed here for 3 nights earlier this month and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Really attentive and friendly staff. The hotel is in a great location with both Plaza de España and Principe Pio Metro stations within walking distance (would recommend using Plaza de España). Really clean and comfortable rooms.

Fantastic hotel! We stayed 4 nights in a Deluxe Palace View room on the 6th floor. Comfortable beds, big bathroom, rain shower, vanity/desk, coffee maker in room, fridge and large safe. Very clean. The location on a quieter street away from the bustle of Gran Via is perfect. Quick walk to shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. The standout for this hotel is the STAFF. Amazing hospitality and service by every single person we encountered, from check in, breakfast staff, housekeeping, bar, and front door staff. One evening my daughter and I were having difficulty hailing a cab, and the tall gentleman came out and quickly hailed one for us. Everyone is professional and treated us like royalty. We needed some help figuring out the AC unit, and a staff member came up to the room and patiently explained it. The breakfast was the best we had of all the hotels we stayed at throughout our Spain trip. Generous selection of pastries, meats, fruit, yogurts, hot entrees and coffees. Beautiful lobby areas. We are returning in December and will absolutely be staying here!

Very clean room and hotel. Staff superb nothing was too much trouble. Location of hotel is ideal for sightseeing.
One minor problem which is nothing to do with hotel was the taxi driver taking me to the airport. The fee is fixed at 30€ but he demanded 34€ which I paid.
