Being a bank holiday we expected a bit of noise but it was quite the opposite. Check in was quick the room was large and comfortable the bathroom is lovely and having all the restaurants nearby on a cold evening makes this a good choice for us. It was a cold evening but the heat in the corridor is ridiculous far too warm. And be warned you need to pull the door quite firmly to make it fully close even thought we heard it 'click', as we found out on returning from breakfast and finding it ajar.

Stayed here for 2 night business trip, very impressed with hotel presentation and facilities . Excellent gluten free bakery on site in addition to a number of restaurants.

Rooms were super clean and well maintained although a lot of the tv channels didn’t work , but that’s a minor point.

Great fitness facilities, overall a nice hotel and I look forward to my next stay !

The hotel is close to 30 mins from the city center easily accessible by bus-metro combination. The services are top-notch and the location is serene. Not many restaurants nearby, but the public transport system more than takes care of that.

This is well located..when you find it! unfortunately our sat nav took us through Madrid which was a nightmare. The hotel is on a complex of restaurants business premises and their sports club. The parking was another niggle the hotel parking entrance
ramp is not well signposted (It is right next to the sushi bar so if you head through the gate towards the leisure centre you have gone too far). We ended up parking in the leisure bit. All one large garage but you need to park in the yellow zone for the hotel so we moved it later after settling in. Another niggle the glass entrance doors are hand activated on a black square to the side. Not very obvious but as with all our niggles fine when you know so we wandered round through the multitude of eating places to the front of the hotel for reception. Checking in was OK. We had room 201 which was large with a big comfy bed and a beautiful bathroom with one of the biggest baths I have ever seen in a hotel. WIFI is free with a login code but is only alright for emails nothing else. Unfortunately for us being at the front on a Friday night it was really noisy right through to nearly 3am. A shame as it was after our initial niggles really nice. We did say when we come back if there are quieter rooms but due to the expansion of restaurants all around the complex no rooms are guaranteed quiet. For a new build I think they should invest in better double glazing to dampen the noise of dragging tables loud talking cars etc. Luckily we did not need to get up really early so did manage some sleep. So now knowing not to follow sat nav through Madrid we would consider it again on our return journey from the south.
