Lovely clean room with very large comfy bed the breakfast was really nice, cooked and continental. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location in the centre and only 10 mins easy walk to the royal Palace. Wouldn’t definitely stay here again.

Everything was just perfect. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The service is great. Breakfast is just wonderful, tasty and in a breath taking location. Gorge from breakfast was kind, helpful, and gave us a great feeling all along. We will definitely visit again when we’re in Madrid.
Lovely hotel in downtown Madrid, when you pop out you come back to an immaculate room (even a t-shirt on the floor and being folded on your bed) If you manage to have the pleasure of speaking to Alvaro on night reception, ask him anything on Madrid’s history/football teams - he is a great guy! The sky bar is definitely also worth a visit!
