I took my three children to eat lunch here. The staff was incredibly sweet, attentive and accommodating. The food was delicious. I lived in Argentina 20 years ago and loved the food. It is a combination of many European countries. Delicious pastas, meats, desserts.
My 5 year old loved her Chorizo on a baguette sandwich. In Argentina they call it "Chori-pan". My steak with chumichurri was delicious.
We would definitely have returned to eat there again if we had more time in Madrid. It is right by the Royal Palace and Jardin de Sabatini. Air conditioned bliss as well! So walk the gardens, tour the palace and then head to Caballito for lunch! Nice respite from the heat abs walking. They only have indoor seating, no tables on the sidewalk.
