Just left today after a 3 night stay and would book again. 1st time in Amalfi..hotel exceeded expectations. 15 min walk up the road from Almalfi which was nice after a big meal, not to mention away from the traffic gridlock. Room was wonderfully apppointed. Decent size bathroom, walk-in shower. 1st and 2nd floor seaview rooms have the same view...difference is size of balcony. 2nd floor balcony larger with two chaise loungers, in addition to the conversation patio set on 1st floor balconies. And the view! Fabulous. Big sliding door onto balcony so that you can see all. Room was clean and quite lovely. Bed and bedding were great. Staff was kind, courteous and very helpful, we felt no request was too much. Breakfast not included but a mere 5 euro charge pp. Worth it. Cheese, salami, fresh strawberries, tomato/mozerella bowl, bread basket and fresh juice/fruit. Nice lobby area with bar. As with most area hotels, no outside food/drink allowed due to keeping establishment clean from pests. We had no problem with this as not a pest in sight. Wine in your fridge upon arrival @ 10 Euros. No problemo.
We were heading to Praiano this morning and the staff even arranged a private car for us for very decent cost.

Stopped here for 4 nights. Just a short uphill walk from th3 town of Almalfi. Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was adequate but if you were staying longer might get a bit monotonous.
Would definitely stay here again.

This is an excellent place to stay in Amalfi. The owners Thomas and Antonio and all the staff are so helpful and pleasant. The rooms were spotlessly clean and our suite had a balcony with a great sea view. Breakfast was perfect and served at the table - what a treat. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the centre of Amalfi with stunning views on the way. But if you dont want to walk the bus stop is right beside the hotel and buses pass frequently (tickets available at the hotel). The various restaurants recommended by the owners were all great. This was our first time to stay in the Hotel Bellevue Suites and we will be back!

We loved this little hotel. It felt a bit like staying with family. It may not have the polish of the $1000 per night hotels but for a very reasonable price it provided clean comfortable rooms with a bit of space in both the bedrooms and the bathrooms. Our bed was comfortable and our shower was hot with good pressure. The breakfast was more than adequate with cereal, yoghurt, fresh strawberries, a fresh juice that was red orange and (I think) strawberry, croissants, toast and a variety of condiments, some meat and cheese and some other sweet options I didn't try.
Our rooms (we travelled as two couples) were adjacent and opened on to a little private trellised patio, with table and chairs perfect for a little cheese and wine as we watched the day fade over the ocean. There were also deck chairs great for soaking up a little of the glorious Amalfi sunshine or just relaxing with a good book.
Location wise, it was an easy 15 minute walk down to the centre of town (if you can resist stopping to admire the breathtaking coastal views all the way) ... A little more strenuous walking back up but not an issue for any reasonably ambulant person.... However we often chose the option of the bus ride back up the hill for €1:30 (tickets available for purchase at the hotel-very convenient)... busses were frequent and right at the center of Amalfi town with a bus stop just near our hotel.
We paid €20 for a taxi for 4 people plus luggage (overpriced in our opinion when we saw the short distance involved) from the ferry to the hotel. Apparently €10 is the usual fee but we didn't taxi again, we walked or bussed so I can't confirm that advice.
In late April we had easy access to ferries to or from Positano and Capri, or even Sorrento from Amalfi Town.
The bus to Positano passes the hotel, the bus to Ravello stops for pick up at the front of Amalfi Town.
The staff, particularly Tony, were very friendly and helpful with advice that added considerably to our enjoyment of Amalfi and surrounds. They also offered to deliver our bags to town while we walked down and saved us the taxi ride on our departure.
A very pleasant stay.

We stayed at the hotel for a week in early April 2018. Our recommendation is yes and great yes. A particularly cordial hospitality from the owner Thomas, an amazing room with sea view, a pampering breakfast. Each request was answered. In conclusion, we strongly recommend.
