A hidden gem!
We went on a Friday night after reading the great reviews on here.
We arrived without a booking but were seated at a great corner table. Then without asking we were brought a glass of procecco each and a deep fried mozzarella parcel which was amazing! I then had a ravioli dish with ricotta cheese in and tomato sauce and my wife had an aubergine tomato pasta, both were excellent. For mains I had the mixed meats and my wife had the Neapolitan style meat balls, again both amazing! The house white wine was great too and service was brilliant! 5 stars! You must go to this family run restaurant!
Grazie per la bella recensione
If you have any connection to Italian home cooking this restaurant does it better but manages to keep the essence of a home cooked meal. The atmosphere is pleasant and service friendly and professional. We were five and every dish was delicious. Pasta with onions was a standout. Going back.

A bit off the beaten track but worth a diversion.
Had dinner in here on a Friday night having turned up with no reservation. Staff very friendly and happy to suggest when asked.
Pasta with onions and then meatballs.
The meatballs, while very nice, were made of finely minced meat, which might not be to everyone's taste. I'm more used to them being like minced meat.
The pasta was lovely. Sauce almost like very thick French onion soup, with a limp of slow cooked beef. Never had before but might have a crack at making when I get home.
