Ideal for a lunch break while visiting the Duomo or the magnificent Caravaggio in the nearby church (Pio Monte), this place is definitely not trendy or chic... it is a place where local low classe families used to eat the fried pizza (since the '40s), and it still is such a place. There are only two rooms, one contains the kitchen and you can check the women while quickly making the 4 different pizzas choices. All of them are pretty large and filled of very good ingredients, but what surprises is they are very digestible and possibly "light". I recommend the "Completa", as the 3 others are slightly more heavy. If you want to taste the real Napoli, make sure you stop here. Prices are very reasonable (4,5 euro / 5 euro a pizza!!). Don't wear a Rolex or any jewellery while visiting the area. A sure winner!
