Room was shabby and old, the AC wasn't working and the room was too hot to sleep in comfortably. Also theres no room service asked for a few pieces of lemon and the staff told me I had to go down myself to get it! Staff are not friendly at all. Customer service is Tremendously poor. Will never stay here again and Will not recommend this place at all from my experience.

Room Tip: Do not stay in this hotel, you will have a terrible experience.

Dear guest,

We are really sorry for the requested slice of lemon, but normally the room service provides products (food or beverages) and not toppings, cutlery, citrus fruits etc.
However, thanks to your review we will immediately provide specific, internal training courses regarding the room service.
As for the climate, we remind you that a thermostat of last generation allows the complete control of the temperature of the room.

Warm regards,

Massimo De Angelis

Over all a very great hotel located close to the Garabaldi central station. The Hotel is nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpsome. The breakfast buffet is very good with a large varity of different bread and cake. The bar is open at night. The area is not so pleasant though. The street is heavy with trafic and you will see homeless people. They seemed harmless though. We didn't experience anything bad in Napoli or near the Hotel.

For a place to put your head at night this hotel does what it says on the tin. Not the same standard as a premier Inn but ok nights sleep. 5 minute walk from train station and about a 15 minute taxi drive to the airport.
Air con in the room a bit dodgy. Breakfast decent enough. Staff friendly and helpful.
The area in which the hotel is located isn’t what I’d describe as particularly nice. Trying to cross the road was almost risking your life - motorists don’t like stopping even on a pedestrian crossing. Lots of homeless people and rubbish tossed into the streets. At times we felt like we could be mugged so being aware of your surroundings is paramount.
Naples is definitely not a place I would rush to visit again.

Walking distance from the train station. You have access to different trains going to Sorrento or Salermo.
Staying here for one night was enough. A typical 4 star hotel with dark rooms. Friendly and helpful reception.
The location is not so great. Located just across a train track, it can be noisy when you open the window. The room was very warm. The bathroom is big which we find a great deal.

The hotel is comfortable - Four star in fact. It is centrally located - close to the train station and underground. However ,the walk to the hotel can be quite off-putting for a newcomer to the city as the surrounding buildings are quite old and somewhat dilapidated. The staff were helpful and the breakfast excellent.
