My cousin and I were very pleased with our room ( breakfast included). The staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was convenient for souvenir shopping and on a well-travelled street.

The rooms are quite small, but clean and comfortable. The staff is very kind and the hotel location is perfect for a stay in the very center of Naples. I would definitely recommend the Chiaia Hotel to anyone.

This is located on a safe pedestrian street. Many restaurants, cafes and shops just outside the door. About a 10 minute walk to the Metro on Toledo. Our room faced the street and so there was street noise. We were there when it was cold so our balcony door was shut and the noise was not too bad.
It is very difficult to find, not well marked in a courtyard off the street. We finally went into a store to ask where the entrance was.
The bed was old and uncomfortable. A bit like a college dorm or camp mattress and the sheets were quite scratchy. The drain in the sink did not lift up on its own to drain the water. There was leftover food in our mini fridge that was moldy and smelly. They offer a complimentary breakfast which was average. Our room was quite close to the lobby and so we heard quite a bit of noise as people came and went. I requested another room the next day but was told that the noise was due to a group of young people who had just checked out and so she did not move us. Unfortunately, while the noise was never as bad as that first night we were still disturbed by the noise of the lobby and hallway. Water pressure in the shower was quite strong but when turned up resulted in soaking the bathroom floor. There was a nice tray of complimentary pastries or appetizers in the lobby in the evenings which I thought was a nice touch. Also, one of us needed to stay much later in the afternoon on our departure day and the hotel was kind enough to let him stay in his room well after check out time. This is very unusual and was very much appreciated. However, overall I was disappointed with the hotel. We were there 3 nights and had 2 rooms in March.

The Hotel is in an excellent position to explore the city of Napoli. The staff made us very welcome, it is clean and comfortable. There is a wonderful history behind the hotel. There many restaurants nearby and we felt very safe.

We are very happy that you enjoyed your stay in our Neapolitan House!!
Yes, you are right, we are in the heart of the city and feeling safe is one of the most important component when traveling!!
The second one important is "felt at home" and when we succeed in this one we are always satisfied!!
Thank you again...and we hope seeing you next time!!!
