It was my husbands birthday, so i researched for "Best seafood in Naples" and this was the place with the best reviews. . . . . . And was tripadvisor right!!
Amazingly fresh seafood, set menu, food just kept coming out! I had to ask the waitress if it was all finished by the time we had our final course as i was so full! Was grateful when she replied it was just the fruit course left! 30euros a head - about 9 courses, all amazing, water and white wine included in the menu price (we had 2bottles as well!)

What the other reviews don't mention is that this is a very local place, and they spoke as much English as we did Italian (which isn't much) So we managed to get by with my tiny bit of very basic Italian, Google translate, and a little phrase book i had with me. This did not hinder our experience though, the staff were so friendly and attentive, one waiter still came out and explained each course to us in Italian, some we understood, other bits we just nodded too! And a younger waiter explained what we were eating using Google translate, which was brilliant! But make sure you brush up on your basic Italian before heading out, to make it a bit easier, and it's always good to show that you are trying.

Amazing food, amazing staff, amazing experience.
To get to the restaurant it's very easy from Montesanto Station - you get the Circumflegrea line to La Trencia - 20mins on the metro, then it's a 5min walk.

I was here with a group of dear friends and the food was amazing.Peppe the owner uses only fresh ingredients and that's a benefit of the place being a risto-pescheria...seafood Market by day ..restaurant by night.Try the provola with bianchetti and the pasta paccheri with a seafood ragu ..and then a delicious mix fried seafood plate.I came all the way from New York...for this and thank God I found it.Keep up the good work and see you soon Peppe!!

We spent an extraordinary evening in this seafood restaurant located in the suburb of Napoli. Although you need to take a train from Montesanto stadion to get there, it's worth every minute of your 20-minute travel and 10-minute walk form the station La Trencia. The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere (what I imagin) typically italian (big families, friends, 8 years old boy, 80 years old lady...). Relaxing time.

Coming to the point: for 30 euro for each we had at least 5 starters, 2 main dishes, desert, no reglamented number of wine, aperitives at the end. And I'm not kidding: at the end we were almost forbiding the waiter bringing next dishes, as we coudn't afford eating more.

I do strongly reccomend. But think about reservation. We didnt have, but we entered the restauration at 7:05 PM, right after openning :)
