Like others we spotted this restaurant whilst catacomb-hunting and loved the atmosphere: a simply square room with high ceiling which was comfortably full of diners on a Monday lunchtime. The menu is very straightforward, just three pasta dishes, three mains and a couple of desserts ... but who needs more choice when the pasta is flavoured with wild boar and the tender slices of veal accompanied by some lovely sauteed potatoes and a side of subtly bitter Italian chicory. Too full to take on dessert; the bill including a 1/2L carafe came to EUR 59 but unfathomably was discounted down to EUR 55. Can definitely recommend.
