Navona Essence is a beautiful boutique hotel, located down a nice little back street, right next to Campo de' Fiori (market square).
We was lucky enough to be given the option to upgrade to one of the Suite rooms on arrival for one night/ out of the 3, which we did and the room was lovely! It had a separate living room space and a balcony with a little table and chairs with pretty views.
On the second day we moved into our original room we booked - Classic Room. Although not as expensive as the suite room, this room was just as nice but without a balcony. The decor was the same and we had a big double shower. This room was located on level 1 just off of the little terraced/ garden area.
The breakfast was nice, exactly what you need when you first wake up; tea/ coffee, bread/ toast, boiled eggs, a selection of meat and cheese, yoghurts & pastries as well as cereal and juice.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked our ‘skip the queue’ tickets for the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel which saved us a lot of queuing time (I would recommend paying the extra for this).
Overall I would recommended this hotel to everyone!More
