Myself and my partner both have back pain issues and were pleasantly surprised by the comfy bed! This was really important for us to be able to sleep comfortably. Air conditioning worked well. The location of the hotel is good. Only a 5 minute walk from termini station.

We used our Best Western points and the six of us stayed for two nights in three rooms . The rooms were a little larger than most chain European hotels and the bathrooms were quite nice and large. We had king rooms on the sixth floor. We had to call about the A/C not getting below 72 degrees but that is just our thing. To most it would have been more than acceptable. The staff did respond as best they could by sending someone to the room to check on it twice. Thank goodness we've learned to travel with a small fan.

Location is ok, near the Termini station. That was why we stayed there. The room was comfortable but very small. The breakfast is very poor. Cleaning could be better. The staff is attentive but not exceptional.

Reviewed 12 June 2018

We stayed 4 night prior to our cruise. I have mixed reviews of this hotel, only because of my interaction with the front desk personnel. When we checked in it was very matter of fact, no smile, no welcome, no information, nothing, just here is your room key. We were in a family room with a king and two twin beds. The room was large compared to Europe standards. The room and bathroom were very nice. We had breakfast three mornings there because it was to be included in our stay. The breakfast was very nice and there was enough choices for everyone, both hot and cold items.

The hotel gives you a phone to use during your stay, it worked very well for us navigating the city. The hotel location is very close to Termini station which we used several times.

My only disappointment was the front deck staff both at check in and checkout. We were told by our travel agent that breakfast was included, the hotel staff said it wasn't. My travel agent called and had delta vacations confirm with the hotel that it was in fact included. When we checkout out they said again it was not included, when I told the person that delta confirmed directly with him, he said well I was wrong. After some discussion they decided to not charge us, but it was an unpleasant conversation.

Dear WJDMSP,

We really appreciate your sincere recognition for our services and for our structure.
We regret to learn that a lack of communication regarding the breakfast service has generated such a misunderstanding: kindly accept our apologies for not having managed the situation in order to avoid this unpleasant feeling.
We will evaluate with our Reception Staff what happened, especially about Reception's communication, which represent one of the elements we constantly focus our attention on, and for which we usually receive wide consent from our clientele.
Thank you very much for your precious suggestions!
We hope, that during your next visit in Rome, we can welcome you once again at our hotel, to prove that we are really passionate about guest service.
With our warmest regards,

Roberta
