Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, the hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful and happy to help. This hotel isn’t in the direct centre of the major tourist attractions but there is a metro station within a 10 min walk and also a stop for the big bus tour at San Giovanni which is also within a 10 minute walk. The rooms at the hotel are small but due to being out from early morning until late evening the room was fine but very hot as the air con wasn’t great but if you don’t mind a bit of traffic noise sleeping with the window open was fine for us. The selection at breakfast was good and well stocked as we went for breakfast at different times each day and the selection was the same, no issues with things running out. The room where breakfast is served is very nice and has a great view of the city from the large windows which spans across the room which is a nice start to the morning. Photo of the view below. Our only issue was there is only 1 lift in the hotel which at a push fits 4 people and services 8 floors so some mornings we were waiting up to 10 minutes to be able to get in the lift as it would keep arriving full with people either going up to level 8 for breakfast or ground floor to leave for the day, so if you are in the middle floors it can be a wait and there is no option to take the stairs. So if you are booking a taxi we learnt to wait until we got to the lobby and not order as we left the room which worked fine and also leave earlier for the buses to allow time for the lift.

At the most an Uber cost us 14€ which was to the Pantheon/T’revi area and 11€ to the Collesseum.

I would happily return to this hotel if I was to visit Rome again and would recommend this hotel.More
