We were looking for a nice place to eat in Trastevere and thought la gattabuia was a nice place. Good rustic looking restaurant, with friendly staff and a good atmosphere. However, what we had for lunch was very much hit and miss. We had really nice bruschettas to start, then a fresh looking burguer with really good onion rings and an amazing tiramissu. On the other hand, we tried a horrible pasta that I just couldn't eat or look at it and a weird cheesecake. Maybe these two were just unlucky dishes, so I would still recommend a visit.
