Where to start? Bed was quite comfortable and location very convenient, plus next door to a good reasonably priced restaurant. Pillows thin, dirty and hard. Quilt the thinnest I have ever seen, grubby. Shutters broken in bedroom and bathroom.Wardrobe moldy and tiny. A strange type of vent sellotaped behind a picture frame made loud noises all night. Skirtings falling off, paint peeling. TV stuck on one channel.
Toilet a problem to flush, hairdryer ancient and not worth using, mold around bath, no shower curtain, only one towel hook, bidet had boiling water only.
Male receptionists helpful. female arrogant and unhelpful.
Overall shabby and in a poor type of 60s/70s time warp.
Overall

Room Tip: Maybe rooms on other than level one are better?-I hope so!

We went on a 2 day trip to Rome with my best friend and we had the best time! The hotel was clean, comfy and spacious.
Best coffee I have ever had! Best coffee ever.
The location of the hotel was so close to the center of the city and next to the train station that went to the airport. We walked the entire city. Beautiful Rome!

The hotel is 2 minutes walk from termini! You follow the tram lines for one block and you are there ! The room is comfortable and big enough ! The guys in the reception were very kind and helpful! Breakfast is perfect for the price: eggs , ham cheese , yogurt, croissants and fruits! Every day was the same but it was very filling ! The location is perfect! Close to termini station, to buses to tram! You can easily reach some monuments on foot! There is a mini market opposite the hotel which contains almost everything in logical prices (a shampoo for 3€! Cola for 1€! etc) . The location is little scary in the night ! If you walk after 12 you will see strange faces but they didn't even spoke to us ! I strongly recommend it for those you do not want to spend too much money for a hotel and they want a clean place to sleep and take a bath! Totally worth the money!!

This hotel fit my needs - I wanted to be close to the termini station and just get a good sleep so this place is perfect. RSmall grocery stores, fruit stalls, are nearby. Attractions i.e. collosseum are within 30 minutes to walk. Vatican city is a little bit of a hike so I advise to take a bus (close to the termini). Room can be small and a little dim, but not an issue for me. Bed is okay, not so bad. I usually get a backache the next day when hotel beds are below average. Can be noisy, but can request for a quieter room. Forget the wifi as connection is very slow.

A perfect stay for leisure and NOT for business.
