Stayed for 4 nights wasn’t in the room much during the day however was a nice clean spacious room that was tidied daily. Staff were friendly and helpful when we needed help booking a taxi to the airport. Lovely decor in reception/ garden area. Really enjoyed my stay here! Also close to the metro.

I stayed here last month and this hotel was a disappointment. The air conditioners barely work, the breakfast was not worth what we paid for it, and the view of the hotel is of a park filled with homeless and danger. The metal shutters to the balcony in the rooms are automatic, and mine broke during my stay. I told the front desk, and they gave me a run-around, eventually blaming me for "breaking" it. The front desk lady tried to charge me for their broken machinery. I will never stay here again and I recommend nobody else does either.
In a busy road near s. Croce in Gerusalemme the hotel is an oasis of tranquility, rooms are smallish but comfortable, staff very friendly and breakfast outside on a ramp with a little green outside. recommended for a working trip. The Musical Instruments Museum and the Basilica nearby are wonderful, and there are excellent restaurants and bars nearby.
I rarely stay in Hotels but my stay in this one was really one of the best. It was full of taste, and the lovely family that owns it spent a lot of time on every detail. It makes you feel at home also because of the great interactions with the staff we had
Good location close to coliseum, so named because of the ancient aqueduct across the street. Good restaurants nearby in east walking distance. Attentive, friendly, helpful staff. Very pleasant patio right in front of the main entry
The people at the front desk were more than helpful. We came from the US and needed to find a covid testing site. They took the time to search it up and translate everything for us. Staying here was very personable and unique. It was a bit distant from the city life of Rome, but taking the metro to the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain was not far whatsoever. The room, unlike most places in Europe, was very airy. It had tall ceilings and was quite spacious. We would love to stay here again.
