I booked a double superior room and it was like an apartament. a very big bathroom and bedroom. very clean and confortable place.
In the last day i had the flight late in the evening and i left the baggage at the reception, very kind and very nice the people from the reception. i really recommend this hotel and it's easy to find it, near Termini.

We were booked into another hotel for five nights. Apparently they were overbooked and sent us to the Prince Galles. The room was ok, but we were freaked out by the sign in the bathroom that said "No potable water." We asked at reception if they would provide bottled water for us. The response was we could use the mini-bar, (overpriced of course) or go to a grocery store to buy water. I find this unacceptable.
We were directed to a different hotel for breakfast. The breakfast was decent, very inconvenient.

Room Tip: Do not stay here.

We didn't originally booked in this hotel but we were transferred they because of overbooking(??!!).. We had a retro room, with an internal second floor where the bed was! The bathroom was just renovated and it was pretty luxurious! The elevator was really small and not suitable for people who are afraid of tiny spaces! The breakfast wasn't good but when you re in Rome you can have breakfast everywhere! Despite of all the cons we wouldn't have a problem staying there again..

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size and clean. I did not like having to walk up a flights of stairs from the bathroom and rest of room up to the bed area. The location is very handy if you are going to catch a train as it is close to the main terminal in Rome.
