I spend 11 days at the Hotel Villa Eur in January 2019 with my daughter.
Really peaceful place and the staff was so welcoming.
Great food at the restaurant and the breakfast in the morning was always a treat.
Good value for money

Unhelpful staff apart from the attentive young lady in the ‘restaurant’. Restaurant looked like an army barracks canteen...food was awful, breakfast average. The rooms were like hospital rooms..corridors cold and clinical. I needed to borrow an iron..no iron...wanted a drink at the bar..no barman....and no drinks in the minibar! The only people who stay here are those who attend concerts at the pallalolomattica as this is the only hotel nearby.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place of accommodation, offering quality service. The hotel is located in a quiet area, within a park. There are several buildings in the area so it does not give the feeling of isolation. The rooms are spacious with somewhat old furnishings, but the bathroom is clean as well as the linen and towels that are changed every day. Air Conditioning works very well. Breakfast is generous, varied and tasty. The hotel offers high-speed wi-fi. For longer stays a mini fridge in the room would be extremely useful.

Overall not so good hotel. Very old and dated entirior throughout the hotel, looks like an old hospital. Very nice and helpful staff, especially in hotel restaurant.
For business conferences good spaces/room but for other visit theres nothing much to do besides the gym (if you like...). They have nice sitting area and grassy garden but it wasn't used at all - shame (brekfast/dinner in garden would have been nicer than in terrace). Garden would be also a great place for a pool if they would want to upgrade their hotel!
Shopping mall was in walking distance about 20mins away. Park area with canooing was quite near to hotel and was nice to walk around. Metro also 10mins away. supermarket just 2mins walk.

Rooms = Classic rooms are in quite terrible conditions and in need of renovation (old carpets, wallpaper coming of..) Disappointing also there was no bathtub where you could soak and relax in. All rooms dont necessarily have fridge. Also made contact with some ants! First night we slept uncomfortably because bed was made from two single bed into one but good we had a chance to change the room with a twin-bed. The second room was in level 1 and there was strong moldy scent.

Breakfast = was ok, fresh coffee (not auto-machine) was plus and they made fresh pancaces (not all times tho). Dissapointing was there was no vegetables and they stopped filling up the breakfast things atleast 15 minutes before ending at 10am - there was not much left at that time!

The hotel was busy but ran smoothly and were only to happy to answer any quotation or request
Rooms have big tv’s but there is so much to do in Rome will hardly be on . The bathroom was basic but clean and food was brilliant
