Hotel nicely located between the train station and the city center. Rather large room with all the facilities. Very clean. Calm place, we didn't hear a sound from outside. The food at the breafast was very diverse and always plentyful. Excellent coffee, of course. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a great location , midway between the train station and the historic centre.
Rooms were on the small side but very clean, decent facilities, v good beds, effective aircon.
Breakfast was good quality with lots of choices.
Staff were always friendly and helpful.
Sleep was sometimes a challenge due to a lot of noise from the street - late night students, a McDonalds below and the large market in the adjacent square setting up early.
We stayed for 2 night, clean & comfortable room. Great choice of breakfast. Really central & ideal for a trip to Bologna. Staff were really friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended
Lovely, comfortable, modern room. Great Wi-Fi, good choice of items at breakfast. Staff were very accommodating at keeping our bags as were were too early to check in. Well situated for the centre and the train station. Very pleasant stay.
Zanhotel Reginal honoured our out-of-date voucher, issued because we couldn’t take a holiday due to COVID, even though they were not obliged to.
We were upgraded from a standard room to an apartment which was another gesture of goodwill and made our visit to this fantastic city even more enjoyable.
Late for breakfast the first morning, one of the waitstaff piled a plate full of pastries and genuinely welcomed us to take a seat.

The hotel is close to the train station and the city center. They offer a rich and tasty breakfast with enough products to choose from. The room was small, had no special view (the window faced an inner courtyard) but it had everything I needed. It was clean, the towels were changed every day. Great bed and pillows. The staff at the reception is friendly, they speak English. You can pay with cash or credit card. I would definitely stay there again on a next visit.
