The Bagaoil Piada Bistrot found us when we were walking around in Parma and offered more than what could meet the eye. It brought us delicious local meals and the service was adapted to our individual needs.
When we came back a second time, despite the great range of bistros in Parma, the staff smiled and immediately tended to us and even remembered our names.
They were very generous. The young man tending the bar definitely felt like an awesome bartender even though he admitted he had a few more years to go. That wasn't something we noticed! He made us feel like we would want to open up a simliar place in our home town and hire Max (as friends can call him) as our bartender, an initiative that would definitely mean success!
The meals were great and if you are looking for a place where you can feel like you are amongst friends, this is definitely the place! We felt like Palma was our home town and that we spent the evening with friends. If you are in Parma, you have to stop by this place, have some calamari, get some fresh drinks and just be with friends!
