I stayed here for 1st week in September 2011 on a time share exchange and thought the accommodation was ok (just). When we arrived we were given a small room, and I mean small, which was really a single room with a double bed squeezed in. It had a small single wardrobe with two small drawers and that was all the storage space available. The air con was extremely noisy and kept us awake at night and the shower rail was broken so head could not be adjusted. The view from a small balcony was of the rear of the adjacant building where an old toilet and pipes were dumped. We complained and were allocated another room which was double the size and made us feel a lot better as we were on the verge of checking out and finding somewhere else even though we would have been unable to recover any of the money we had paid via RCI. A lot of the staff were pleasant and helpful and the complimentary buffet breakfast was good. Charges for the beach which are nothing to do with the hotel are 16 Euros per day for hire of two loungers and a parasol. Situated on the main tourist drag in Rimini with bus stop nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants around. If I go back to Rimini I will be staying at another hotel as there are some really nice hotels there offering much better value for money.

Room Tip: Ask to see your room at check in and complain if you get one of their bad ones

The hotel is in a decent location, on the opposite side of the street facing the beach. It's right on the main street with many restaurants, bars, etc. The room was ok, comfortable bed, etc. The woman working at the front desk was lazy, rude, and incompetent. Definitely would not stay here again.

Can i start by saying i have travelled a lot, and normally a good shower and a bed is all i require.
This hotel (location aside) was rubbish. When i arrived i felt like i was disturbing the receptionist by trying to check in. We were handed our swipe cards, not a word was said! so we found our room. It was clean, which is a good start.
Small narrow room. Balcony over the restaurant next door (nice restaurant by the way). Room smelt of food at all times.Shower half broken, safe not working, air con not working, as a result we spent the minimum time in the 4 star hotel!!
Breakfast was in-keeping with the rest of this hotel, boring, repetitive and we gave up on it after 3 days. Went to a nice juice bar down the road instead.
We booked this hotel because it was more expensive than a few others we were looking at and we thought, "pay a little extra, it'll be worth it" How wrong we were....:-(

The Expedia description of this hotel included free parking and a private beach. The parking is more than a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The private beach is a beach club like the rest, including a 10 euro charge for 2 beach chairs.

The hotel has some odd decoration in the hallways and bleach stains on the carpet in the room. The A/C was weak, at best, and took hours to cool the room from the 30 degrees when we entered to a comfortable temperature. Hotel staff weren't very pleasant.

The hotel is good value for money. Very odd decor! Plastic roses hanging from twine from the ceilings and glued to walls. Each floor has a different "theme" with fruit & nuts on the upper floor. Very 70's!
Breakfast was OK, coffee machine excellent! Couple of staff members were not particularly friendly but 1 male was really helpful. We had a room for disabled guests - the toilet was so high it was difficult to sit on! The shower handle didn't fit into the cradle - you can't knock a square peg into a round hole. I had to tie it on with a shoelace. Booked a twin, got a double so had to have the room and beds sorted out before we could unpack. Overall, good location - very central.
