I was a little bit reluctant to believe the previous reviews about this particular restaurant. However, it is sad to say that service really sucks. Quality of food is amazing. My congrats to the chef in every single dish presented. However, i can say it is not everything about the food. Top quality service must be a must, not to be left aside when you have a great Chef doing all efforts only in his trincheras! I won't recommended it for the lack of attention on service.

Average, nothing special.
When we asked for parmesan cheese for pasta dish, we were only told: "not recommended" and it was never brought to the table.

Best Restaurant in Italy almost. Lobster is great. salmon tartar is fabulous. Wine Is perfect and everything's nothing close to expensive. Be careful not
to miss the reserve, since it is hard to get a seat. be there on seven. Since the table is only flip once.

This little restaurant is difficult to get a table in but well worth it, after 1 week in la spezia we eventually got a table by arriving when the restaurant opens. Only 1 waiter and 1 chef but the food is outstanding. Salmon starter then Lobster and duck with coffee and a bottle of wine at only 60€!!! was 100% worth the battle of getting in the door. Recommend booking well in advance but if not try arriving at 7/7.30 to get a table when they open!

We did not expect what we found. A back street restaurant hidden from the public thoroughfare. This was undoubtedly one of the best meals I have had in an Italian restaurant taking quality, service, ambiance and most definitely the price. We could not believe how inexpensive this restaurant was for such a high standard of delicious food. I would strongly recommend a visit. The one waiter kept everyone within his watchful eye, granted it was towards closing time but if you are prepared to sip great wine and enjoy the atmosphere the wait will be truly worth it.
