Memorably Exquisite Hotel
The hotel team is very efficient and friendly. Any setback is resolved immediately and satisfactorily. It is difficult to mention all the people who made our stay wonderful. However, the head of reception and his team, the head of house keeping and her team, the maitre'ds with their team of waiters, and the head chef and her team did an outstanding job.
It is important to know that the hotel is an old hotel, so the insolation both inside and outside is not entirely efficient. However, the hotels is very well maintained and has been constantly renovated. Its decoration is spectacular. Especially the beautiful Murano lamps that decorate the entire hotel. It seems that we were in another era sitting next to the writer Hemingway drinking a cocktail or in an art museum. Each floor has its own character from the furniture to the smallest detail.
We stayed in a junior suite. These have been recently renovated and have a spectacular lake view. They are spacious and comfortable, although they do not have much space to store personal belongings. They do not have a bathtub, but the shower is very spacious. The mattress is quite hard, which we really liked.
The restaurant is very spacious with its own character and has a section with views of the lake. We had half board and we recommend it. Some days we had lunch and other days we had dinner...Memorably Exquisite Hotel

The restaurant is very spacious with its own character and has a section with views of the lake. We had half board and we recommend it. Some days we had lunch and other days we had dinner at the hotel. The quality of the food is very good without being a gourmet restaurant.
The spa is very modern and spacious. It has an indoor and outdoor pool. The indoor pool has a hydromassage and whirlpool included. There is also a Kneipp path. The sauna area and the steam baths have varieties to cool down the body. There is also a gym and an area for multiple treatments where the masseuses are totally professional and have a lot of experience. We request traditional Thai massage, shiatsu massage and Ayurvedic abhyanga massage, all of them of the highest quality.
In summary, we recommend the hotel 100%. We hope to be able to return there shortly.More
