Good location, right in front of the train station and close to the city center. Friendly staff, they gave us very good restaurant recommendations. The rooms were simple but clean. Good breakfast. Mantua is a beautiful city, good food and lots to see.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is well located for train travellers and just ten minutes from the historic centre. It is within walking distance to both Palazzo Te and Palazzo Arco which we really enjoyed!

Room tip: We had a quiet room overlooking the courtyard.

We have stayed in fancier rooms but the position directly opposite the train station was fantastic. Nonetheless the bed was comfortable and a walk-in shower appreciated. Breakfast was simple but seemed to satisfy most people. We would have liked cut fruit rather than whole fruit and a variety of yoghurts rather than natural. There were some gluten free crackers so that was a plus. My husband would have liked eggs.
Outside there is a bus stop for the Circular Bus which is also a plus.

The service is what makes this hotel. Everyone on the front desk was lovely throughout my stay - charming, informative, helpful. Just right. They couldn’t work harder to make you feel well looked after.

I chose to be right by the station to make my life easier, knowing it’s just 15 minutes walk into the town centre and all the beauties of Mantua ( Mantova). What I didn’t expect was that it would be so quiet. I had a room in the back and you heard none of the sounds of the city. The bed isn’t as comfy as some hotels but I certainly slept!

Everything in the room is spotless and the bathroom is certainly big enough.

So thank you for a really good stay. It was easy, no fuss, comfortable, friendly and felt very safe for this solo traveller.

Lovely family run hotel in central Mantua, just opposite the railway station.Very clean, friendly, and good value for money. There is parking available for twelve euros per day.We stayed in a very spacious family room.

Room tip: Family room number 111 - huge and well-appointed.
