Tried to check in early on the 2nd August but no rooms available which is completely understandable. However when we went back at 2 pm still told we would have to wait 30 more minutes which ended up being more than an hour . I totally understand that the hotel is busy but a simple apology rather than being dismissed as some kind of nuisance was in my view totally unnecessary. Even when I spoke to the lady on check in about the delay …….. in her case “sorry” seems to be the hardest word. I’m sure the hotel is fine inside but first impressions count and in the case of a big hotel you think the people on the front desk would know that?

The rooms were clean and stylish. I especially liked that there was a large common area downstairs. The hotel also had a gym with everything needed. The breakfast selection was wide. The location was reasonably good. Close to the train station, but it was quite a distance to tourist attractions and the shopping street.

Any assistance you need, and want someone to come to your room they are crazy for 8 euro. The moment you pick up the phone, they will start 8 euro rent. So rude that they would hang up the phone. If you don’t express your confirmation for it upfront. No intention to serve client, it’s just that they provide a room, I stayed in a suite room, still it was like I was given a space to stay at a price , but no service. One point I thought even for room cleaning they would add 8 euro in the invoice for each day.
