We stayed in September 2012.Very clean and convenient to the Duomo and La Scala.Wheelchair access is good. Members of staff are very helpful to English speaking people. There are not a lot of good eateries near the hotel but there are plenty up around the Duomo or La Scala, a 10 minute walk away. Incidentally, at the side of the Duomo you must try a panzerotti by Luini, a fried pasty that all office workers in Milan seem to adore. Join the queue, always full and that’s a good sign. The benefit of the hotel is very little street noise. All downhill walk back to hotel and through safe areas. The breakfast at the Hotel was excellent although we had no other meals there during our 4 night stay.
