Stayed for three nights. Friendly reception when we arrived at the hotel. Located fairly close to the central station. Nice and simple room with a small balcony. Very good shower. One negative thing was the ticking electricity distribution box, sounded like a loud watch. Nice breakfast with freshly brewed coffee of your choice. We were a little skeptical about the restaurant with the neon sign that was opposite the hotel but we were pleasantly surprised, good and cheap food.

Friendly, helpful staff, good breakfasts, good location (but probably too far from train station with luggage...take a cab). Our only complaint was our last evening there, when our ground floor room was noisy because of late-night guests arriving.

The hotel is very clean, rooms nice size, staff very helpful. The location itself isn't great for seeing Milan, but we chose it because of fairly close proximity to train station. The neighborhood was quiet.

The Biocity hotel was a decent hotel. Allow me to share the pros and cons:

Pros:
1) Room was a nice size, and even though we were next to the elevator, we didn't hear a peep.
2) Very nice, very big bathroom.
3) Our room overlooked the main street, and I had heard complaints about the noise. It didn't bother us at all, and it was nice to be able to look out.
4) The breakfast was lovely, and in such a cute breakfast room.

Cons:
1) The location is not very good. It is about a 10 minute walk (15 with luggage) from the main train station. The street the actual hotel is on is nice, but to get here you have to walk through many bad streets, some of which my husband and i did not feel safe walking on. If you taxi, you should be fine.
2) The front desk staff were not very helpful or friendly, unfortunately.

The hotel is not bad, but it was our least favorite of the 6 we visited throughout our 10 day trip.

+ The hotel is very sympathetic because of its focus on ecological products. The personal is nice and helpful. The breakfast is good. The rooms are mordern, a bit small but clean. The bed is enjoyable. Three stars is right as the price is not too high.

- The location is not really friendly and actuall neighter central. The walls are quite poorly sound-proofed. One can hear the neighbours talking and even the windows are only single glazed it seems.
