When we first arrived by train we walked towards the hotel, now that is the only thing that was convenient. First we couldn't find the hotel as this is in a business building. Then when checking in the staff struggle to find our reservation, also they are the most unfriendly, unprofessional staff. Then we asked if the room had air condition we were told yes, we'll it didn't work, we complain to the staff sending in first the cleaning lady she said hat she fixed ti, when she didn't the another staff employee came in also tried nothing, by then his is almost 8 o'clock at night we were tired and the room was hot, we were told that another person was on its way to fix it but was stuck in traffic. Bed is so uncomfortable, the water pressure is ok. So close to the road that we could hear the traffic all night. Do not lose your card key as thet will charge you 5 euros, meals are not included in what is called the restaurant. Internet is super slow, jus one device can be connected. Also, since this hotel is in a business building the doors get locked t 5:00 you need to ring the bell until someone let's you in. To summarize our bad experience in this hotel what it's called a 3 star hotel, which is not I give 1/2 a star which is to much. DO NOT STAY.Stay away!!! There are better hotels around the area.

Didn't feel like a real hotel. It was on the third floor in what felt like an apartment building. The staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. The room was clean however we asked for a double bed and got two singles pushed together. The lights in the room were very dim. If you have troubles sleeping make sure you have ear plugs it gets very loud at night with trams driving by. The one positive is this hotel is about a block away from centrale station.

The staff was not easy to deal with, nor helpful. We checked in and told them two names the booking was under because we were not sure whose name it was for sure under. This seemed to be too much work for him to figure out and decided he needed to see my email from Expedia. When I showed him my EXPEDIA email he tried to say it was done through booking.com as if that makes any difference. Our rooms along with the hallways seemed as though the lights were put to the dimmest setting. The rooms was so loud with the street cars we barely slept. When we went to check out and ask them to hold our bags they pointed to a room where we stored them that was unlocked and anyone can access. The room was right off the lobby with an unfinished bathroom in it. We don't recommend. Not worth the price

My daughter and I made an error in booking this hotel while visiting the Expo in Milan. The check in staff were unfriendly and almost hostile. Our first room had a blown bulb in the bathroom. We were then given another room, which on entering was occupied by a couple in bed. The third room was poor. The AC hardly worked, the refrigerator was hot, and the room safe did not work. When I tried to sit at the desk, the chair fell apart. Wifi does not work in the room, and on day two stopped working at reception. The front desk staff were indifferent. An attempt to greet the morning front desk staff with a friendly good morning was rebuffed with a 'what?' on two occasions.

Plenty of other good hotels to select around Milano Central railway station.

Room tip: Avoid the hotel!
