Must try their tasting menu, which comes in 4 stages, fish->meat->ham->cheese and of course there is always room for dessert!
I must say the highlight of the meal is the beef and duck carpaccio paired with the best wine selected by their sommelier which compromise the dish and the wine at the same time! especially the duck! Even the salad with the cabbage and orange was amazing too, very refreshing and increasing your appetite too! We would suggest try the wine on its own first then try with the food, you will realise how it was amazingly paired!
The lady sommelier gave us an excellent wine recommendation for the ham dish, both the ham and wine exquisite! The wine was complimenting the aged ham very well!
The cheese was very good too!! And we ordered dessert of the day, and she recommended a sweet dessert wine from France, which we later bought a bottle from them, it was absolutely amazing!! My fiancé originally felt like he had enough to drink, and he had a zip of the dessert wine the sommelier kindly paired, then he changed his mind and ordered one and ordered a bottle to for us to bring home too!
Overall the experience was really good and pleasant! Excellent friendly staff and very informative too, explaining to us about every dish, where each ingredients came from! Very nice touch! Just a little suggestion on the side to round up the whole dining experience from us that it would be great to bring out the wine bottle as well when presenting the wine during the pairing session so we can see what we are drinking on top of listening to the background of the wine from the sommelier :)
