Hotel needs up dating. The room we had was a king size which was two separate beds with a lovely balcony Over looking the lake and the convent Island. The food was good but expensive. The restaurant and wine bar next door is where we ate mostly. Great food The hotel. There was the daughter who was very helpful. The grandmother Who seemed to be there all the time organising everything. I ask her for some milk at the bar which she said was closed. I said I need it to make a cup of tea as we had a complimentary tray in the room. She reluctantly got a small Jug, I asked for a bigger one. She was put out and not very friendly. She should retire If she can't be bothered to do a simple job. The bar Man maybe the son-law was the same My friend had breakfast on a tray in her room. So I asked for two cappuccinos to have In the room (of which they charged extra) The coffee with breakfast was stewed and not nice at all Very bitter.so I asked for two cappuccinos he said he was busy and only going to give me one cup so I said I would wait and put two Saucer On the tray.
