We stayed for three nights at this delightful bed and breakfast. It was easy to find and we were made very welcome. The room was bright and clean with good facilities. The breakfast although not extensive was more than enough with freshly made coffees and pastries and more.

The property is away from the tourist area but only 15 minutes from San Marco. There are plenty of good restaurants within a short distance.

The only slight disadvantage is if you have a canal view room,as there is a landing stage nearby and the local boats start reasonably early (as do the gulls) so there is some noise. This does not matter as you want to be up early to explore a wonderful city.

We would certainly stay here again if we went to Venice.

Room tip: Canal view rooms may be a little noisier in the morning

We stayed for 3 nights and let me say that It was just wonderful. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and a centric and quiet area. We enjoyed It so much. It's a small hotel, so no loud noises, no people wandering around.. just peace! Also, It is Next to a canal, so when you open your Window you can get the best views. And about breakfast.. so good! Last but not least, Alexandra was so helpful and nice.. would love to go back there! Sure Will recommend it to anyone!

Great little hotel. Very comfortable and friendly. We arrived late from the airport so Aleksandra emailed instructions on how to find the hotel and how to get in. All very easy. Lovely spot away from the crowds but still easy to find and get to the attractions. Supermarket and bank just around the corner, good choice of excellent local restaurants. Definitely would come here again.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights in late August. We arrived by cruise ship to Venice and had an afternoon to explore before our last night on board. We bought a multi-day pass on the Vaporettos and followed our host's instructions for finding the B&B. We took the Vaporetto to the d'Oro stop and walked the few blocks to the B&B. It was a good exercise for the following day when we would have luggage to haul around. The location is on a small canal at the end of a very quiet street. When we departed the ship we were able to stow our bags with the hostess in the AM, returning later for a normal check-in. We had the Red Room, located on the canal. It was a large comfortable room with a good sized bathroom. The shower could be larger but was otherwise fine. Breakfast was very good. There is a small balcony over the canal where we enjoyed our meal and a larger table inside. The selection was good, with some cooked items, cheeses, meats, breads, fruits and juices, and cereal. The service was friendly and helpful, the wifi worked well, the location perfect, the room very comfy. What more could you want? We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Room tip: Loved our room on the canal. There was some commercial activity on the canal for a brief period every morning but we didn't mind it.

We loved our 2 night stay here. We arrived to a very warm welcome and were given plenty of helpful tips to get us started on exploring this beautiful city. Our room was lovely and looked over the canal. As other reviews say, breakfast is superb, as is the service, and eating outside on the balcony is a real treat. We loved how this little b&b was tucked away in a quiet, safe area yet was only a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the Grand Canal. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
