On our last night in Venice we wanted a great seafood dinner and tried this restaurant based on other TA reviews —- they did not steer us wrong. You can sit inside or out in the “campo” in front of the restaurant. I had the scallops au gratin as an appetizer. I don’t think I’ll ever have such good scallops again without coming back here. The mixed fried seafood I had for the entree was delicious and not at all heavy like fried food is in the US. My husband started with grilled octopus and flounder as an entree. He raved about both. The service was top notch, attentive and welcoming. We would definitely go back and when we do we’ll try the salt-baked sea bass that the couple next to us had ordered. Oh- and great tiramisu too!
