We stayed for just one night on Sunday. The welcome was very friendly when we arrived, and we were impressed by the standard of the hotel. I wouldn't usually book 3 star, and only did so for the roof top bar. I was pleasantly surprised as it all looked newly renovated.
Our room was clean and quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The wifi worked well. The bathroom had a rainwater shower fitting and changing colour LED lights.
The rooftop bar is very nice, and there's a good selection of cocktails. The views are lovely, and they were practising in the arena for the forthcoming music events. I like the idea of coming during the music season, and listening to the concerts from the bar! Not sure why they've put in the Jacuzzi. Looks nice, but not really in a practical place, as you have to edge past to get to the tables on the upper level.
You need to book a table in the bar in advance if you're visiting peak time, as I imagine it can get very busy.
Breakfast was included, and the selection was what I expected and of good quality. The decor was stylish, and again I assume it was newly refurbed. The tea sets particularly were really cute.
I would happily stay here again.More
