The owners, and everything about this hotel are fabulous, a must stay, Taranto is a very special city, you’ll definitely be hearing more about this gem in months and years to come. The hotel itself is boutique, with the most beautiful rooms. You’ll love it!

We got a great reception with instructions on the town with it’s jewels, the restaurants and much more. The room on the third floor with a nice terrace was fine, small but nice (to be recommended). The breakfast in a very nice room was good, rich continental. Next time in Taranto we will surely return.

Room tip: Go for the top, 301 is great

Lovely hotel. Super clean and it was recently renovated, so everything is new. The staff was really kind and welcoming. As the hotel is located in the old town (great location by the way, also was really close to the high street of the new town) they gave us the best spots to go to and explore in proximity. Would go there again 100%. Highly recommended!

Good location. Our room was pretty good and had a spacious terrace. Breakfast was simple. Attentive and helpful staff. Only soap and shampoo for toiletries. Overall furniture and interior design are more dated than photos from websites. During our stay there's heavy and noisy construction work in the next building which started early in the morning. Not the hotel's fault and staff did try to ask them to start work later. The church bell next to the hotel does stop ringing around 10 p.m. and didn't seem to ring during the day.

We had high expectations of the hotel, but unfortunately they were not met. The hotel reception is well-appointed, and looks great. Our welcome upon arrival was warm and thoughtful. I believe we were greeted by the owner, who was absolutely fantastic, and extremely passionate about Taranto and the local area. She was welcoming and a joy to listen to, as she described everything, and showed photos of the local attractions.
Unfortunately from that point onwards it wasn’t good. The bedroom did not live up to expectations. Our bedroom was in serious need of refurbishment, with the bathroom needing a major overhaul. The photos from the website do not reflect the current room status, and to be fair, you might expect this, but at the same time the difference between photo and reality was significant.
As the old town is many years from becoming an attractive place to visit, the hotel’s location isn’t great. The hotel has great potential, and the owner and the staff provide enormous positivity, so a rethink on their part on how to position the hotel (within the area) could make a significant encouraging impact.
