We had room nr 310 - and I think there was something wrong with the drain in the bathroom, since it really smelled. Every time we opened the bathroom door the smell, which filled the whole room, was very unpleasant and kind of ruined the whole stay for us. We were on our honeymoon so it was a bit of a shame to receive a room with 2 separate matressess and 2 blankets. The rooms are obviously a little outdated, with only 1 power point in the room. The anti-mosquito-thing is a nice thing to provide. Staff is very helpful, we had some questions regarding the airport and they were happy to help and call the airport, which we highly appreciated. Breakfast is ok. There is no indication at what time breakfast is possible, so we were a little bit late but the waiters were friendly and allowed us to still eat and asked us if we needed anything before cleaning the buffet.

There is not a lot of information available (regarding where to get towels, voucher for the beach, breakfast etc), but the people at the reception desk are very friendly and provide you the necessary information when you ask for it.

The overall grounds are beautiful and clean. The beach is a five minute walk the receptionist was lovely and spoke English. Which was nice. The dining room was a little dated with a 70s feel and the reception was large which was nice. Rooms were nice nothing amazing and not of the size I would expect for a junior suite which was the only down fall. I would not reccomened the suites. Food was nice at the hotel but plenty of better places to eat nearby

Room Tip: There all pretty standard

the hotel is older but is more than presentable. The rooms are a bit dark but with the specular beach so close and the private hotel beach area you shouldn't be in them for anything but sleeping. The beach is at most 100 metres from the hotel.

Also had great outdoor pool though most it was too deep for children.

Beware of the public bus trip to Palermo. It was no fun whatsoever, extremely crowded and a bit of hazard. it does not run ever 20 minutes as advertised. It would have been quite convenient but for these major drawbacks.

Room Tip: get a room on the north side looking towards the water.

Fantastic location, free pool/beach towels, sunbeds and umbrellas. Very nice and helpful staff. Bus stop to Palermo just outside the door. Very nice walking at the nearby Mount Pellegrino...don't miss the cave chapel...

Room Tip: Have a dinner at the pier (Alle terrazze)....a tad expensive but.........just fantastic

The hotel was located in a central spot and a short walk across their garden will bring you to the main strip along the beach. The hotel's designated beach area was clean and the attendant was very friendly. We were checked in by one of their desk clerks who spoke perfect English and was therefore very helpful.
The rooms offered more clothing storage space than I have ever experienced and the bathrooms appeared to be recently renovated. The breakfast offered a great selection from scrambled eggs to cold cuts to croissants. Finally, there was an abundance of free parking which was a bonus and an amenity. We really couldn't find anything wrong with this hotel other than the exterior which would benefit from a face lift.
