B&B is close to city center, locate in a safe area, about 15-20 mins walk to central station. Host is very friendly, helps a lot for sight seeing. Room is good, but the pubs nearby is noisy at night, makes it difficult to fall asleep well also makes people anxious. Using kitchen is not allowed, for someone who wants to cook(there are three markets in Palermo), may have second thought of it.

We stayed there few nights. The traffic and the boiler noise is unbearable. Breakfast very poor. The bed old and uncomfortable. It was unfortunate I had paid in advance otherwise would have moved to different place. Value for money, definitely not. Would I recommend it , No.

It's very nice place in the heart of Palermo city. Unfortunately is situated on a very busy street and near pubs. This could be good for people who want to stay out overnight, but is a problem if you just wanna sleep. Bed is too old. Very nice staff :-)

B&B is very nice and clean place, just 5 minutes walking distance to the centre, close to the bus/train station, great location to start your sightseeing. Tour buses are the next door, local bus stops in front of the hotel, easy walk to everywhere.
This is not a luxurious hotel but with an excellent staff who gives you a feeling that you are a family member (thank you Silvia) and with a great choice of food for breakfast you will have a feeling of the luxury.
Room is very clean and spacious, cleaned every day with changing towels and bed sheets.

If you are looking for an old ‘Sicilian feeling’ this hotel is a perfect – rooms are with the high ceilings, old Sicilian style furniture; bathroom is nice and big, newly refurbished.
Strongly recommend this hotel and if ever come back to Palermo we will stay in this hotel again.

Only one thing that could bother you is a noise from the restaurants/bars opposite the hotel – however, there are plenty of restaurants (very nice ones to eat with the good prices and a different food selection) but the music is very loud and they play it until late hours. Couples with the small children might have a problem but for us was OK.

Palermo Art was our first stop after nearly 40 hours in transit from Australia and the warm welcome from Nadia was just what we needed. The accommodation is very old world sicilian, large rooms, well appointed and a great location. As the location is very central, there was a lot of traffic noise, however, you are close to everything. Breakfast was terrific with juices, breads, cakes and tea - with special ham and cheese toasted sandwiches just for us Aussies. Thank you Nadia for your warmth. Jo & Ron, March/April 2012, Sydney Australia

Room Tip: I would suggest a room not facing the main street, however, I believe other rooms face the piazza which comes alive at night time.
