Excellent location for seeing all the main sights on foot. Spotlessly clean, adequately comfortable. Kind host and staff

We were badly attacked by mosquitoes in the night and actually got some very nasty 48 hour virus with aching limbs and upset gut, so either take your own protection against mosquitoes or at least ask Guiseppe to have the room sprayed

Best tip is to walk two streets east for excellent food options. World class pastry, coffee, ices etc at Spinnato, live music and bar at Fliori and good wines and beers with very good food at Barrel 44

Clean and simple.. Your host makes you feel very welcome and is very helpful. The breakfast is well presented and attention to detail is everywhere. The rooms are light and spacious. Located centrally the Ariston is an ideal base if your a planning to tour the city.

Thank you so much for my stay! This is such a brilliant hotel, with a delicious breakfast of croissants and yogurt and fruit, and food and a coffee machine in the room that is included in the price! My flight tickets were printed for me here at the hotel for free and the atmosphere was lovely. The location is perfect and I felt very safe (as a girl travelling on my own) and cared for.

Great location to reach from the airport shuttle bus that stops right at Politeama, where is about 5 min walk (or less) from the hotel. It is a big shopping area so very safe all day. Many shops and bars and restaurants. Bus stops for Central station is just a block away. About 10-15min bus ride to the Central Station.
There is a small grocery store(Coop) nearby.
Hotel has a very significant sign so it is easy to find. But the gate to the building is closed at night time...that makes somehow confusing to find for tourist,,,maybe. It is a hotel located on one floor of a old building where has a same entrance and address to share with many different other hotels, offices, residents and so on.... So if you happen to arrive after they close the main gate, you need to simply press the bell to ask to open the main door then you can get in and take a lift to the hotel level. There is a someone always at reception so you will be ok.
Each room has fridge that has complimentary bottled water and yogurt, can or coke. Also coffee and tea. A room has a safe. Bathroom has soaps, body shampoos, hair drier. Lines and towels are clean.
Its internet was somehow weak where I stayed.... I couldn't get the signal from where my bed was.... but i could get connected from where my table was.
Breakfast was very basic. What would you expect from what you would be paying at this hotel/B&B? Pastries, some more sweets, fresh fruits, yogurt, cereals...then coffee and tea.
The owner of the place was very helpful. He was the only one who spoke english well during my stay..... All Staff there were very nice...trying to help as much as they could.

Stayed here after reading about it on TripAdvisor and as others have said Giuseppe is very helpful. We had a very pleasant room - it is simple but clean and spacious and we had a nice big opening door to the street up high- which was handy to the port, Piazza Politeama and a nice piazzetta Bagnasco where we found some really nice places to eat like Formaggando. the crazy but amazingly good gelato place Brioche is nearby too. Giuseepe let us leave our luggage for the day when we went off sight-seeing but were moving on to another destination later that day - which was terribly handy for us. Yes, definitely recommend.
