My husband and I stayed here for a couple nights before another couple joined us for two more nights. Plenty of room for the four of us. We loved the location it's in the middle of the city and no more than a 10-15 minute walk to any major site. We even booked a bike tour that started farther out and were easily able to walk there. It's four flights up (5th floor for Americans) and no elevator. But once you're up there it's great. Silva was really nice. Met us at the apartment. Made check out easy. Her English was limited and my Italian is worse but we were able to communicate enough!
Beautiful flat, brilliant location. Delightful interior that matches the classy exterior that is Florence. Would have no hesitation recommending it. It's a bit of a hike to get to the flat as it is the top floor but this makes it the perfect venue and the balcony just finishes everything off.
The apartment was a perfect base for exploring Florence. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all we needed. Great area with lots of places to eat and a supermarket a short walk away.
A truly beautiful apartment within a stones throw of the Uffizi. Immaculate, stylish and well appointed. It has interesting artwork throughout, and attractive furnishings, one gets the impression that the owner is either an artist or patron. There is a well equipped kitchen (I think that I was the first to use the oven!), and a fabulous 'wet room' shower. One must be fit in order to tackle the 75 steps however, this does get easier over time but no good for the very young/old/infirm. Although the apartment is in the heart of town the bedrooms are at the back so are very quiet. I hope to come back very soon
Great location on a fun, active street --walking distance to everything. The apartment was bright & comfortable and had the best shower we encountered in Italy! The only drawback is the lack of an elevator and the many steps--so pack lighter than we did. The owner was great to deal with and provided info on places to see and eat. We would definitely stay there again.
