The building that houses La Barrachina Rossa (the red shack) may have its back to the sea but the bar is agreeable enough with some small tables and a bench in the bay window, attentive service, decent wine by the glass and nibbles on the bar top. A good enough place for a break during a promenade along the slightly odd sea front (Ardenza is short on sand beaches and so has a series of man-made bathing resorts along the rocky shore). Pity there's not much more to it.
