On our first night in Pisa we were looking for somewhere to eat and came across this busy restaurant along the river. Since it was very busy we figured it must be good so popped in, but as we hadn’t booked ahead we were told the earliest free spot was in an hour, so were advised to come back then which we did. The restaurant was still busy, contributing to a great lively atmosphere inside. The menu in Italian consisted almost entirely of various types of Pizza’s along with a few Pasta dishes. We went for a Fish Pizza and a Vegetarian Pizza. Both arrived quite quickly and were absolutely delicious. Very cheesy, and the Vegetarian one in particular was completely covered in copious amounts of topping. We were both left completely stuffed afterwards and somewhat surprised when the bill came in lower than we were expecting – always a bonus! A must visit if you want to try good quality authentic pizza in Pisa.
