My family and I recently got embroiled in the Italian ground crew strike at Pisa airport. Thus, our flight home was cancelled and ‘good old Easyjet’ left us stranded in Italy for another four days.
We managed to find the room availibility we needed via the San Gimignano B and B Difusso web page, on the easyJet app.
They allocated us two apartments in the old town, although we had origininally believed we had booked rooms at the farmhouse.
However, Francesco, Andreas and the whole family made us feel very welcome and could not have done more to help us out. The rooms in the apartments were excellent and we were able to have breakfast by the pool in the morning, then spend as much time in the pool as possible.
With a five month old baby, a seventeen month old toddler and a five year old child in our group it could have been a very testing four days. But, we actually had a fab stay and would thoroughly recommend the apartments or the farm house to anyone.
Thank’s Francesco, Andreas and Mama for a very unexpected but pleasant stay.
