It is an amazing view and very relaxing. The family/staff are incredibly friendly and breakfast is amazing. They own a pastry shop and the pastries are delicious. We were in one of the downstairs rooms which was a little cave-like. It would have been better to be in one of the top rooms. We also went during the season when the pool was closed. We're looking forward to going back and enjoying the pool. It's possible to walk to San Gimignano as well. It's not the nicest walk as there is a lot of construction going on, but it's a good workout, and convenient. Internet was a little shotty in the room, but it worked great outside of the room on the property. We also had one sort of weird thing happen. At 7am someone knocked on our door. The owners had no idea who it could have been. We assume it was kids. But it was a little frustrating since we were on a holiday away from our kids and trying to catch up on much needed sleep.

Room Tip: Upstairs has a better view and nice windows. The lower rooms feel a little basement like.

We like everything, the location is excellent with a beautiful view of San Gimignano. The room was very charm and comfortable. The hostess Barbara is a lovely person and she makes one of the best homemade marmalade we have ever eaten, the breakfast was very good.

We travelled here from Canada with friends for a visit to Tuscany. The views are simply breathtaking from the vineyards to the olive trees to San Gimignano in all its glory right in front of you. It was like a surreal painting.
Our host Barbara, her mother and all of the staff were very accomodating, making reservations for dinner and providing fantastic baked goods from their bakery in town.
The property is immaculate and there is a beautiful pool to relax by .We would recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy the true beauty of this region . We hope to return one day. Thank you for making our stay with you a highlight of our trip.

Very nice and cosy room, very friendy host, wonderful garden and a pool with a great view of San Gimignano. And in the morning: A wonderful breakfast with bread and pastries from their own bakery in San Gimignano. The best breakfast we had on our 10-day-trip trough Tuscany.

The only thing that I didn't like was, that we stayed only 1 night. It'd been worth staying longer.

It's a great place to relax but also very close to many great towns to visit.

I would really love to go there again.
