I was born and lived in Siena for all my youth, then I started moving around the world but every time I'm back in my beloved city a meal at Enzo is a must. The environment is elegant, classic with a warm and cosy atmosphere. Kind and professional attention from Enzo, Sonia and their daughter and colleagues. What surprises me more, as any good restaurant should do, is the menu: there are great Enzo's classics like the home-made pasta dressed directly in a parmesan wheel or with "cucchi" (a fine type of mushrooms) and seafood, or porcini and fresh white truffle... but Enzo is able to reinvent himself every time, e.g. with a fresh fruit aspic as desert. The menu is seasonal, they use only fresh products
