This might sound boring in a city with as many dining options, but the restaurant was so good in our first evening visit we had to return. The space itself is lovely, upmarket, modern and sophisticated without being stuffy. Food was creative but still incorporated regional ingredients. Pigeon was good, rabbit lovely, and all pasta was top quality. Wine list also really impressive. If you get there early the views over Assisi from their outside deck are unbeatable. Not the cheapest option around, but well worth it for the experience.
