This agri-tourism is just outside of Assisi in the middle of lovely countryside in Umbria. Rooms are quite rustic, but the price reflects that. There is no air-con but reception gave us a big fan. It was a cool night despite it being mid-July and we all slept well. No wifi in the rooms, only around reception and then not that good. The pool was very nice, with a kids area and kids pool too. Towels for the pool were extra. Despite emailing a request for dinner, we arrived to find that the restaurant was closed - so didn't get a chance to try out the food. Breakfast was ok in the morning. This place is quite basic, great views etc but had a bit of a holiday camp feel to it.
