We spent a weekend at this hotel. It is clean and although it is not in the city centre, it is easy to reach it. Breakfast was also good and there is also a section with Gluten-Free items for guests who may need this type of food.
A special thanks goes to Giovanni who went out of his way to find a taxi to deliver us some items which we had forgotten in our room.

I stayed in tris hotel for 7 days in June. It is an average hotel. Food also average. It is outside Perugia. You have to go downtown by metro, but the metro station, is situated in a place, that going down to the station, ok, but coming up, not so comfortable. They did not have live music as they advertise.

Dear Madoles,
as clearly stated, we only have live music in certain periods of the year.
The old town is only 1 km from the city centre, and can be easily reached on foot (20 minutes walking) or by minimetro (stop is 200 mt from Hotel, it takes 5 minutes to reach the centre, one train each minute ) or by bus (line TS, stop in front of the Hotel, one bus each 15 minutes, it takes about 15 minutes to reach the centre).

The hotel has a clear jazz-identity. It is visible in the public space as well in the rooms.
Our room had enough space, the bed was very good. Instead of a wardrobe, in the room were 2 corners covered with curtains to store your luggage. Not very handy, but it works okay.
The bathroom was clean, but to shower you had to stand in the bath. Not my favorite way...
Good to know is that 220V-outlets differ from other EU-countries, not all connectors will fit.
The breakfast is excellent and the diner-restaurant has a menu with local products and extensive wine-card.
Pleasantly English speaking staff.
Parking at the back of the hotel at 2 levels.

This hotel surprised us very much. When we arived for a stay of 4 nights, our reservation for the superior room was not administrated at the right way. The reception appoliged for that and gave us a for the entire stay the suite. A separate livingroom, separate bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
By the way, the employees are very nice, the food and wines in the restaurant are lovely and delicious, the location is very good nearby the minimetro for going to the beautiful city. A GREAT STAY!

Our room was at the wine area, it was large beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast was rich with plenty of gluten free products and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food and service at the restaurant were very good.
The hotel is quite distant from the old city, though the mini metro station is near, yet the service ends around 2100 hour.
In view of the location, It could be great to have a proper bar in the hotel. I was also expecting to have live music, sadly I understood that April is out of season
