Geneva is an strange place for restaurants.. Partly due to the price as most seam to cater for mega rich (or daft tourists) or the chase to the bottom with predominately Italian pizza/pasta offerings.
Gregoire was a major exception. The passion of the owner in his dedication to local in season ingredients is amazing. The dishes we had were of the finest ingredients and cooked very well with great imagination. Exceptional value for money compared to some high end places we ate. Best meal of our holiday.
Nice decor, great food and very good service.
Good luck to this place for the food standards and their ethics.
